One of our most innovative sports clients is looking for a dynamic and strategic Community Manager to lead their community-building endeavours. This business critical role will charge you with delivering their community centric proposition and unique editorial perspective.


Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a strategy for building, managing and connecting the growing community

• Transform the current community from a 'closed directory' into an accessible and searchable database and tool that can be used across the business

• Work cross-functionally to bring the community to life in new content, experiences and business opportunities

• Create and implement a framework for evaluating the success and impact of community partnerships.

• Collaborate with the editorial team to leverage community partnerships for content creation and distribution

• Work with the product team to integrate community partner features and functionality into the digital eco-system

• Develop opportunities for community-driven growth through partnerships

• Continuously refine the community partnership strategy to align with business objectives and evolving market trends

• Manage a monthly budget dedicated to generating content from new creators within the global sports community


Ideal experience:

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the sports or media industry

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically

• Understanding of social media platforms and community-building tools

• Passion for football and sports media

• Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools is a plus
