An industry-leading payroll company based in Sheffield, dedicated to providing seamless payroll services to their clients are now looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual with experience in the payroll sector to join their team as a Payroll Assistant. Must be able to drive due to the location of the office. This role is full-time in office.


Responsibilities:

Managing all payroll

Importing and uploading data using excel and import files

Managing AOE payments to HMRC

Managing any discrepancies with pay

Dealing with HMRC queries

Processing pay runs weekly/Daily

Paying advances and Subs

Managing pension payments and importing onto system

All aspects of admin duties

Answering calls

Communicating with agencies

Monthly/3 monthly payroll reports

Requirements:

- Previous experience in payroll

- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills
