Multiple is a newly-formed full service creative content agency borne out of three long established agencies within the Miroma Group: entertainment marketing specialist Way To Blue, influencer marketing agency New Stance and content agency Contented.


The agency comprises global PR, Influencer and Social Media teams and an end-to-end Content Production Studio, supported by a Data, Insights and Strategy division that underpins all outputs and departments.


What does the role involve?

  • Playing a key role in the devising, strategy and implementation of social media campaigns for clients across our portfolio, with a focus on Entertainment
  • Client liaison, managing day to day client communications for your projects in a professional and timely manner, establishing and building relationships with clients, attending meetings and delivering work to deadline
  • Daily review of your campaign social media accounts, identification of key themes and community conversation and making recommendations for community management and audience building.
  • Channel management across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok and YouTube, including community management, posting and scheduling and reporting
  • Creative content work including assisting with ideation, overseeing social content production, and copywriting for content calendars
  • Supporting the team with out-of-office events for clients such as screenings, premieres, and events by capturing content and live posting
  • Developing proposals with the wider pitch team that meet clients’ objectives
  • Remaining consistently on top of social media platform and landscape innovations and able to deliver consultancy to clients on these
  • Recognising potential issues and responding quickly when needed
  • Contribution to new business through supporting the writing and delivery of pitches
  • Assisting in the management of the Multiple social channels and contribution to company comms
  • Regularly attending brainstorms, training and other activities organised by Multiple


A bit about you. You’ll have…

  • Previous experience in a social media marketing role (minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge and capability of implementing social campaigns, including content copywriting, ideation of creative assets and devising written briefs to creative teams and running influencer activations
  • Experience of working across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
  • Experience client facing and running client communications on projects from end to end
  • A real zest for your role and be a self-starter
  • The ability and desire to research and understand new tools that are in the market and a demonstrable ability of understanding and implementing these
  • A fun and collaborative approach and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to form excellent relationships internally and externally
  • A desire to grow and learn new skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and a deep attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to problem solving
  • The ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
