We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic Development: Crafting and executing social and digital strategies for key clients.
- Client Communication: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Project Management: Overseeing client projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Reporting: Developing analytical reports and presenting insights to clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media strategy, paid ad campaigns, and account management.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media paid ad campaigns (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat; LinkedIn is a bonus).
- Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and client management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong empathy and enthusiasm to foster teamwork and resolve potential issues.
- Develop and implement social strategies for key clients.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns.
- Ensure projects are on track, on budget, and aligned with client briefs.
- Communicate regularly with clients to build positive relationships.
- Coordinate reporting and insights with the Insights team.
- Willingness to learn and pursue self-development.
