The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, influencer engagement, and brand alignment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing and managing successful brand partnerships, preferably within the YouTube or broader social media ecosystem.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential brand partners that align with the YouTuber’s image, audience, and values.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and other potential partners.
  • Craft compelling partnership proposals and pitches that align with both the YouTuber's and the brand’s goals.
  • Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, including scope, deliverables, and financial terms.
  • Manage contracts, ensuring all agreements are clear, legally sound, and mutually beneficial.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership campaigns, ensuring they meet the agreed objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to integrate sponsored content seamlessly into the channel's programming.
  • Develop long-term partnership strategies that align with the YouTuber’s growth and brand objectives.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship management, or business development, ideally within the digital media or influencer space.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, social media platforms, and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
