Pass N Go Driving School is looking for a Client Experience Associate to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring our business clients which include our franchised Driving Instructors and Instructor Trainers are cared for and looked after.
This includes launching new products and services to elevate the client experience, as an example we have recently launched our Instructor Awards ceremony and the role would include the launch of these types of services, the delivering of a good experience and after care too.
Other duties include the handling of escalated issues, liaising with various departments to resolve the issues, frequently being in contact with our clients and organizing other events to bring the company together.
Successful applicant will also host monthly zoom meetings which are hosted on a Sunday evening and include important company information and prize giveaways/competitions to create a happy atmosphere for our clients.
Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any escalated issues
- Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed
- Provide feedback to management regarding client trends, preferences, and concerns
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling products
- Leadership qualities to effectively guide and motivate team members
- Analytical skills to assess customer data and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Excellent organisational skills and being a person that doesn't need constant direction or supervision.

Pay includes a basic salary of £25,000 plus bonus for their performance in growing our client base and retaining the clients seeking to leave the franchise.
