The Role


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team in the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration and contractor compliance, ensuring that all client and candidate agreements are accurately processed and maintained in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. This role is pivotal in supporting the wider contracts team and in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our recruitment operations, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.


Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience within an administration position
  • Ideally you will have experience in working for a recruitment agency, although this is not necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software, CRM and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agile prioritisation of tasks

Responsibilities:


  • Contract Management: Draft, review, approve and finalise client and candidate contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Contractor Onboarding: Collate relevant documentation, monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including data protection, employment laws, and industry standards supporting both standard and enhanced process requirements.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organised and up-to-date records of all contracts, compliance documents, and related correspondence, ensuring easy retrieval and reference.
  • Client and Candidate Liaison: Serve as point of contact for contract-related inquiries and compliance issues, providing prompt and accurate information to clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Audits and Reporting: Conduct regular audits of contracts and compliance processes, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  • General Administration: Review and approve placements using the CRM system, support Head of Contracts with ad-hoc data requests and project support.
