Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Contract and Data Administrator. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing contracts and procurement functions, negotiating contracts, implementing and enforcing contract compliance, analyzing contracts and proposals, among other administrative duties. The Contract Administrator will be based in London but some remote work arrangement is possible.


Qualifications

  • Financial Trading knowledge is a must
  • Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance related to financial institutions
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
  • Procurement know-how
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in contract law and legal compliance is a plus
  • CLM, Workday, Jira, Workday systems nice to have
  • Experience with financial platforms like Bloomberg a plus
