biggSolutions are currently working with Global Workforce/Talent Solutions Providers who have openings for Mid-Senior level Strategic RPO/MSP/SOW Recruitment Business Development Managers/Directors.


These individual can be based anywhere in the UK but must be willing to travel across the country as and when required.


These roles are critical in growing engagement and managing relationships with customers across the UK and EMEA and provides exciting opportunities to join Global Workforce/Talent Solutions Providers with exceptional reputations in the industry.


Keen to speak with individuals with a proven, successful sales track record selling RPO, MSP, SOW or Total Talent recruitment solutions. You require the ability to reach decision-makers and build long-term relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders and have advanced communication and presentation skills.


Market sectors are open however individuals with experience of selling into the Healthcare, NHS, Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence or Nuclear sectors are of particular interest.
