Your new company


You will be joining one of the world’s largest specialist commercial insurance providers & their close-knit, collaborative Marketing team in London that drives strategic marketing initiatives to meet the needs of their clients & brokers. The team is well-valued internally & provides support across UK & European operations, working closely with key stakeholders to implement integrated marketing campaigns, deliver engaging content, & run major events to work towards achieving business objectives.


Your new role


This is a broad, exciting Marketing Manager role, where you’ll business partner effectively with multiple teams to define & deliver the marketing needs & solutions for their audience & build out the business’ brand in its target markets.


You’ll work across digital, brand, events, content & take a proactive approach to the planning & delivering multichannel campaigns. They're a small team, so you’ll be willing to get stuck in executing tasks & work across email marketing, web, social media, thought leadership articles; track & analyse the performance of campaigns & key metrics, and run major broker & insurance events e.g. BIBA, AIRMIC etc.


This is a permanent full-time role reporting into their Marketing Director. The office is based in central London & they offer a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement.


What you’ll need to succeed


This role will suit a Senior Executive or Manager who is looking for a step-up or new challenge in the sector. Previous experience working within insurance will be ideal & you should be able to demonstrate:


  • Success planning & delivering B2B multichannel campaigns
  • Demonstrate experience with thought leadership, content marketing, events, with strong digital channel experience
  • Experience with Salesforce & segmenting customers for email campaigns, evaluating performance etc. would be advantageous
  • Can demonstrate where you’ve made content consistent across email, web, social etc. so it aligns and forms a compelling narrative
  • Confident stakeholder management skills & ability to work effectively with multiple teams
