An experienced and creative Internal Communications Manager, you will be highly skilled in crafting and executing strategies to ensure information is shared effectively across the business. Leaning on your agency background, you will be passionate about connecting the business through strong internal communications, advising senior leaders and key stakeholders on how to message in meaningful, impactful and relevant ways. A stellar communicator yourself, you will create engaging content that informs, inspires and unites our teams.


WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO


  • Create and implement internal communication strategies to ensure key messages and information, including internal news, eco-system/client announcements, employee updates, change programmes, internal campaigns and events are distributed across the agency in a timely and effective manner
  • Write impactful and engaging content that grabs audiences, making sure the tone is right, and messages are aligned with our strategies
  • Advise senior leadership on communication best practices, creative industry trends and effective solutions to communication issues
  • Support senior leadership and internal stakeholders to plan and deliver major announcements, launches and events
  • Develop a full programme of proactive leadership, employee and team communications to increase visibility and understanding across the agency
  • Own and manage our internal communication channels and platforms ensuring relevant updates and great content is shared to inform and inspire audiences
  • Lead on internal communication campaigns and projects, making sure they’re engaging, relevant, measurable and reach the right people
  • Ensure consistent messaging, language and tone in all internal communications

  • Proven internal communications experience from the creative agency world
  • Proven experience leading an internal communication function and embedding it into the agency culture and fabric
  • Experience in or a passion for the technology space, ideally blockchain or Web3 – can thrive in an innovative and disruptive industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – understands audience needs and can adapt communication style
