The Role: As our Sales Lead, you’ll take charge of our sales strategy, build relationships, and lead our team to make these new brands a success. You will help us expand across multiple channels and leave your mark on a rapidly growing company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a powerful sales strategy for B2B channels.
  • Build and nurture relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners partners.
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales initiatives with our brand vision.
  • Drive new business opportunities while ensuring strong retention and growth.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a sales leadership role, in skincare, beauty, or FMCG.
  • Track Record: Proven success in building B2B relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excited about growing new brands and finding creative ways to capture the market.
  • Leadership: Motivator, mentor, and team player.
  • Passion: Love for skincare and the ability to connect with our audience.
