The role

We are now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager, to join our company and our Customer Success team in Stockholm, Frankfurt, London, or remotely in Europe (+3/-3h GMT+1). As a Senior CSM, you own the customer relationship and are their trusted advisor. It’s easy for you to build relationships, you understand business and the underlying factors for how to create revenue, and you are an excellent communicator. The Senior CSM plays a vital role in the success of the customer by coaching them in best practices, showing them the value of DT, and ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes.


What you will do at Data Talks

  • Grow and nurture strong relationships with your customers’ various stakeholders
  • Become an expert on your customers’ businesses and what drives revenue growth for them
  • Monitor overall customer usage data, health indicators, etc. Take proactive ownership of at-risk customers, effectively leveraging and creating playbooks
  • Proactively lead the customer renewal process and find ways to grow your customer portfolio
  • Become a product expert and knowledgeable in what creates value for your customers
  • Be an internal “voice of the customer” by sharing customer feedback with the Product team
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create advocacy via case studies and customer referrals
  • Be able to navigate competing priorities across multiple customers
  • Deliver on time and communicate effectively to customers and internal stakeholders about the results achieved and value obtained.



To succeed in this role, we’re hoping that you have:

  • A passion for data - marketing and sales data is a plus
  • A growth mindset and a problem-solver attitude
  • Client-facing experience - a big plus if you worked with the sports industry but not a must
  • Strong preparation, time-management, and organizational skills
  • An ability to thrive by “owning it”’
  • The ability to build strong and deep relationships, with an ability to communicate to all stakeholders with confidence and ease
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills, and a creative and open mindset
  • Strong strategic thinking with analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment is ideal
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Hubspot, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Our customers are international, English is a requirement, and speaking German, Italian, or French is a big plus.
