The role of Customer Support Agent - Fintech

This is a unique opportunity to join a small, but rapidly expanding team. The role will involve first-line support via email, live chat and social media. Who you are as a Customer Support Agent - Fintech

Minimum of 2 years experience working for an online member support team (Fintech and/or startup preferable)

Experience working with Helpscout or Zendesk, live-chat is a must

Quick learner and eager to make a difference
