Help strengthen our Team as our IT Project Manager. Home based role. Seeking candidates living in Northern Ireland. So some client visits required.


A great opportunity to join our team as our IT Project Manager to be accountable to the project board and ultimately the executive and have the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, within the constraints laid down by them.


You’ll be managing a variety of IT projects, including cloud and infrastructure.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for the successful delivery of the project and ensuring the appropriate level of governance is followed
  • Ensuring that the products required are produced to the standard of quality expected and within the specified constraints of time, quality and cost
  • Taking full responsibility for the definition, documentation and satisfactory completion of small to medium-scale projects
  • Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project
  • Providing effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances


What we’re looking for:

  • Broadly skilled in information technology including application and infrastructure environments.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of relevant development lifecycles including traditional waterfall and agile methods
  • Proven and demonstrable experience of project delivery in a similar environment
  • Practitioner certificate in PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification/experience
  • Strong understanding of principles, methods, techniques, and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation
  • Experience of methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial compliance against an agreed plan
  • ITIL Service Management qualification is desirable
  • Ideally have exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Azure
  • Self-motivated individual with flexible approach to working.
  • Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications.
  • Eligibility for Security Clearance
