We’re a New Build Broker with National and regional builder partners stretching back 17years. Our Builder partners refer high quality leads to us, 7 days a week with lead conversions around 50%. We do not charge brokers fees to clients introduced by our builders.


Role Description


This is a self employed, full-time remote role for a Mortgage Consultant working in our New Build team. All leads are provided and plentiful. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for providing mortgage advice and assisting clients in finding the right mortgage products as well as nurturing relationships with our Builder partners.


They will evaluate clients' financial situations, analyze mortgage options, and guide clients through the mortgage application process. The Mortgage Consultant will also establish and maintain relationships with lenders and builders as well as ensure compliance within industry regulations.


In return the adviser will be paid the majority of commission received. There are no flat fees charged by us or the MAB network, and we can consider an advance of commissions during the initial period.


Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and assess client needs
  • Experience in the mortgage industry essential and within New Build , desirable.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and tools. Experience with MAB and Midas Pro ideal.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Relevant Cempap or equivalent qualifications required
  • English Language & Maths GCSE >5
