This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services across a portfolio of client sites.What We Offer:Competitive Salary - Up to £36,630 per annum, depending on experience Company van and fuel card - with personal use available from day oneDoor-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home25 days annual leave, plus bank holidaysEnhanced overtime rates for additional earningsAnnual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) What You'll Be DoingAbout the Role:As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites. Responsibilities include:PlumbingElectrical PPMsEmergency lighting and fire alarm testingFabric maintenanceFault finding and general repairsDelivering autonomous and high-quality technical servicesWe're looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems. What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:Plumbing experience Valid UK driving licenceProven experience in a similar M&E roleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of health & safety protocolsDesirable Qualifications:18th Edition qualificationNVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical InstallationF-Gas CertificationIOSH Working Safely qualificationBasic plumbing and fabric maintenance experienceAdditional Information:40-hour working week (Monday-Friday)Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rotaWhy join Arcus:We're an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
