We’re recruiting for a Mobile M&E Engineer, who is plumbing biased, to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. What We Offer Competitive Salary – Up to £36,630 per annum, depending on experience Company van and fuel card – with personal use available from day one Door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings Annual bonus (up to 4%) - subject to performance (historically paid out) What You'll Be Doing As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites. About the Role: Plumbing Electrical PPMs Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing Fabric maintenance Fault finding and general repairs Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services We’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems. What We're Looking For Essential Requirements: Plumbing experience Valid UK driving licence Proven experience in a similar M&E role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of health & safety protocols Desirable Qualifications: 18th Edition qualification NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation F-Gas Certification IOSH Working Safely qualification Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience Additional Information: 40-hour working week (Monday–Friday) Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota Why join Arcus We’re an award-winning facilities management provider that values expertise and commitment.
