If you're tired of red tape and ready to make a real difference-this could be your next move.What You'll Be Doing: Own end-to-end procurement for key ingredients categories, supplying multiple UK manufacturing sites Develop and execute category strategies with a strong focus on commodity buying and risk management Collaborate with NPD, planning, and site teams to drive innovation, value engineering, and supply chain improvements Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, delivery, and cost targets are met Use SAP and Excel to manage contracts, POs, and reporting with precision What We're Looking For: 4+ years' procurement experience, ideally in food manufacturing or commodities Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to challenge, negotiate, and lead A self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture Excellent Excel and SAP skills, with a sharp eye for detail Tenacity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset Why This Role?
