To manage end to end the delivery of the projects whilst engaging with stakeholders and controlling the costs of each project.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Project manage multiple logistics focussed projects across all UK manufacturing sites Keep key stakeholders engaged and consulted on each project. Control of budgetary spend for each project and to identify potential cost savings. Areas of focus:Warehousing designUK transport set upEuropean transport efficiencyCreating a central portal for logistics managementKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Qualifications:Degree level (Business, Supply Chain or related field).Experience:Proven ability to negotiate effectively in reactive and flexible situations. Experience in process review and process improvement.Key Skills and Knowledge: Strong people management skills.Drive performance improvements.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including strong influencing skills.Financially and commercially astute.Strong planning and organisational skills.Strong problem-solving and numeracy skills.Strong attention to details and extreme accuracy.Ability to work under pressure to deadlines; high stress tolerance.Personal Qualities:Can do attitude - makes things happen. Able to work independently and without close direction.
