They are actively looking for ex-Forces candidates to join their team as a Project Manager, focusing on the delivery of technical projects on UK Government and Royal Navy vessels.The business has a strong track record of hiring from the military community and is especially keen to bring in someone who understands how defence operations run, whether that’s from a Royal Navy, Royal Signals, REME, or similar background.The RoleAs a Maritime Integration Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of various installation and upgrade projects across government-owned vessels. You’ll coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and key defence stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, to budget, and within scope.This is a great fit for someone used to managing technical tasks, people, or equipment in high-pressure environments.Lead multiple technical installation projects on maritime platformsCoordinate suppliers, engineers, and client stakeholdersProduce and manage documentation including installation plans and modification instructionsOversee internal reporting, risk tracking, and project governanceSupport continuous improvement across the project delivery functionRepresent the business in client meetings and technical discussionsQualifications / ExperienceBackground in defence, maritime, communications, or engineering preferredExcellent stakeholder management and organisational skillsKnowledge of MOD processes or military environmentsComfortable working from the Redhill site (with some flexibility)SATCOM or comms system experience is useful but not essentialFor Ex-ForcesYour military experience is highly relevant and valuedYou\'ll be working with like-minded people who understand your backgroundThe projects directly support national security and operational effectivenessStructured onboarding and long-term development availableSenioritiesMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject ManagementIndustriesMaritime Transportation and Communications Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
