A foundation in project management tools and techniques, along with excellent organisational skills, would help you succeed in this position. Responsibilities Assist the project managers in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring all activities are accurately planned and tracked. Coordinate with teams to facilitate smooth project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying potential delays or issues and communicating these to the project managers. Contribute to the organisation of meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to maintain clear communication channels on specific projects. Manage project documentation and records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with organisational policies. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout all project phases, by working closely with the project and site managers. Requirements Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with team members and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This role provides an engaging environment where aspiring project managers can grow their expertise while contributing meaningfully to impactful projects.
