Our early careers programme gives you the chance to connect with others across the region / business who are also starting their career, as well as mentoring, Chartership support & bonuses and more.Role Title: Apprentice Project ManagerStart Date: September 2026Location: BirminghamJoining the existing Project and Cost Management team, you will support Senior Project Managers in managing projects, working closely with high profile clients, stakeholders, and all UK Tetra Tech disciplines to develop and deliver successful projects to our clients. You will be supported working towards managing your own projects whilst studying for a degree in project Management.This position will include day release to complete a fully funded professionally accredited BSc (Hons) Project Management with a local university.This position offers an exciting opportunity where you can gain invaluable 'hands' on experience and gain a degree.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting in delivering projects to the value of £250m across both Public and Private sectorsAssisting in preparing tender and contract documentsEnsuring internal governance is adhered toAssisting in the management and delivery of construction projectsAssisting in the development of works and resource managementFacilitating project progress meetings with the project teamImplementing change control managementSupporting senior staff in delivering business objectivesQualifications/Skills:Compliance with the university's minimum points requirement - 120 UCAS points5 GCSE's including English Language and Maths, minimum grade 4 (grade C) or equivalentA keen interest in developing your Project Management skillsMS Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-MotivatedDesirable - Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicleSuitability for Security ClearanceApplication Closing Date: 15 February 2026Assessment Centre to be held: April 2026We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients. This often requires colleagues to be together- in offices or on site - to ensure the best outcomes. However, when possible, we also advocate for flexibility around how, when, and where you work. There is no 'one approach fits all' - each team manages their own way of working, we trust our employees and focus on outputs not inputs.Meeting up with colleague and clients face to face in office environments or on site is important for collaboration, face-to-face meetings, appraisals and development.
