And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job DescriptionYou'll take overall delivery responsibility for key projects, ensuring they meet the objectives defined in the broader Program and Portfolio Strategy. This role will focus on project management activities for an in-flight high-profile serialisation programme focused on digital insights, illuminating supply networks and driving actionable outcomes for our customers. You'll have deep understanding of delivering technically complex initiatives and managing significant financial responsibilities. You'll bring confidence and clarity when engaging with senior stakeholders across globally dispersed teams, helping to shape and steer strategic conversations at a high level.Key Responsibilities May Include:Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones and project goals are met.Collaborate with Program/portfolio management teams to align projects with business strategies and objectives.Agree and manage project governance, including Steering Committees and Sponsorship Groups, ensuring timely decisions and follow-ups.Oversee the execution of change management strategies, including training rollouts and communication plans.Manage project dependencies, ensuring alignment with BAU activities and other projects in the portfolio.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, summarizing progress, priorities, and key decisions.Ensure adherence to PMO governance, implementing standardized tools and processes to maintain compliance and quality control.Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting.Oversee the transition of solutions to business-as-usual support, ensuring smooth handover and operational readiness.Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and share best practices across the organization.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, resolving issues, and driving project success.Contribute wider awareness and understanding of effective project management across the wider team enhancing the organisations project management capabilities.Focus Areas:Multiple projects focused on varying scope within supply chain asset digitization, including (1) build/develop capabilities (concept to prototype and pilot), (2) expansion/deployment (scale-up to business-as-usual), and (3) value enablement through supply chain insights.Project management experience in technical, engineering, and/or plant operations environments in a fast-paced supply chain context desired. Resource management planningProject management within a global program, collaborating with multi-region stakeholders to deliver goals - requiring flexibility as required.Investment proposal and business case development and support.
