Job Description Oversee project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and time lines. Coordinate project tasks and facilitate collaboration among team members. Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control and reporting. Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project life-cycle. Identify risks and implement solutions to address challenges and maintain progress. Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure clarity and alignment. Track schedules and milestones to ensure timely project delivery. Review and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors. Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant Experience managing commercial construction projects (retail, restaurant, health-care, mixed commercial, etc) with proven success. Strong organizational skills to coordinate diverse project teams and ensure smooth execution. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and stakeholders. Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial management for construction projects. Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and maintain project momentum. Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance. Skilled in contract negotiation and managing subcontractor relationships. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards. What's on Offer A competitive salary range of around $70,000 to $85,000 yearly.
