Job Description:

Protech Site Services are recruiting for a residential developer and are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to utilise advanced planning tools effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using Asta or Primavera P6, ensuring all tasks are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilise Civil 3D software to assist in project design and planning, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting schedules as necessary to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in scope.
  • Implement effective time management strategies to optimise resource allocation and minimise delays.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project performance, including timelines, costs, and resource utilisation.

Skills

  • Proficient in Asta or Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D for design-related tasks is highly advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
