With a 35-year foundation in hardware and software supply chain augmenting our deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organizations through complex digital decisions to achieve extraordinary results.We are looking for a UC Project Manager to work in our area of the EMEA Services Delivery function.You will be responsible for successfully delivering small to medium size projects and for providing leadership to project teams consisting of internal and or subcontracted client resources and stakeholders.As the UC Project Manager you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, scope and schedule management, risk and issue management, finance and cost control management, and resource and people management. In addition, the Project Manager provides a consistent approach to project delivery, the utilisation of tools and methodologies, and the reporting of governance information.We are growing the team significantly to meet demand and are looking for people to join one of the most capable and respected Teams Voice delivery teams in the UK, So, if this is of interest to you then we would be keen to hear from you***This position is offered as a 2 year fixed-term contract, with the possibility to transition to a permanent, subject to business needs and individual performance.***As a UC Project Manager your Responsibilities are:• Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects including project scope, schedule, cost, risk management, quality, and meeting of client satisfaction targets.• Responsible for the successful delivery of projects through the entire project lifecycle in accordance with Insight methodologies, processes, and best practice standards.• Measure project performance and ensure the maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.• Responsible for achieving high client satisfaction through clear and regular communication with clients and stakeholders.• Execute project contract change control and work closely with leadership where appropriate.• Deliver assigned projects to budget and GP and revenue targets.• Manage assigned internal and external resources to achieve project success, provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.• Identify new ways to improve the efficiency or delivery of projects and proactively suggest continuous improvements.• Provide support for tactical sales opportunities to account managers as directed.• Support presales efforts as required to help drive sales.Experience and Skills:• Experience in Microsoft UC and Telecommunications.• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).• Holds relevant professional Project Management qualification, accreditation and or certification (such as PRINCE2, PMP).• Project management experience with a working knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.• Shows a deep understanding of IT.• Proven ability to communicate effectively with managers and senior members across the organisation, and external stakeholders.• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent organisational skills, prioritising and working to tight deadlines.• In-sector operational experience; understanding of sales processes and ability recognise and advance sales opportunities.About Insight: We believe that by giving you the freedom to think big and empower you to reach your full potential, together we will achieve the best outcomes.
