We're now looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Farnborough, where you'll play a key role in driving project excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across our UK operations.The RoleAs a Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are consistently met. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to coordinate daily activities, monitor progress, and maintain full compliance with project and regulatory requirements.This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make an impact through smart project management, strong technical insight, and a focus on continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and Coordinate: Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines; liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.Budget and Risk Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and identify potential risks - implementing proactive mitigation strategies.Quality and Compliance: Conduct inspections, audits, and assurance checks to maintain high standards across all deliverables.Communication: Provide clear updates to stakeholders, facilitate collaboration across departments, and resolve project challenges effectively.Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and ensure all documentation is up to date and archived correctly.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Team Development: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.About YouYou're an adaptable and driven engineer with a passion for delivering results and improving processes.
