At Tetra Tech, you will work with high-performing teams who are passionate about using their expertise to find solutions to complex problems in water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development.Joining the existing Project and Cost Management team, you will support Senior Project Managers in managing projects, working closely with high profile clients, stakeholders, and all UK Tetra Tech disciplines to develop and deliver successful projects to our clients. You will be supported working towards managing your own projects whilst studying for a degree in project Management.This position will include day release to complete a fully funded professionally accredited BSc (Hons) Project Management with a local university.This position offers an exciting opportunity where you can gain invaluable 'hands' on experience and gain a degree.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting in delivering projects to the value of £250m across both Public and Private sectorAssisting in preparing tender and contract documentsEnsuring internal governance is adhered toAssisting in the management and delivery of construction projectsAssisting in the development of works and resource managementFacilitating project progress meetings with the project teamImplementing change control managementSupporting senior staff in delivering business objectivesQualifications/Skills:Compliance with the university's minimum points requirement - 120 UCAS points5 GCSE's including English Language and Maths, minimum grade 4 (grade C) or equivalentA keen interest in developing your Project Management skillsMS Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-MotivatedDesirable - Full, clean UK driving license and ideally access to a vehicleSuitability for Security ClearanceWelsh speaker preferredApplication Closing Date: 15 February 2026Assessment Centre to be held: April 2026We take pride in delivering projects effectively for clients.
