We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised individual to join us as a Construction Manager to join our talented team at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital Project. In this key role, you will lead and manage high skilled teams, ensuring exceptional delivery of projects that meet client expectations and company standards. We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a collaborative, can do attitude. What you'll be doing Manage the effective construction of projects from design and procurement through to commissioning and handover. Supervise health, safety, and welfare on site, ensuring compliance with HSE plans and regulatory standards. Lead and motivate onsite teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project milestones and quality standards. Monitor site conditions, productivity, and resource usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Support project managers with risk assessments, method statements, and site establishment schedules. Oversee commissioning activities, snagging, and final handover documentation. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, attending regular review meetings. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice across all stages of the project. Who We're Looking for Proven experience in construction management within the MEP industry. Formal qualifications such as Level 3 ONC or Level 4 HNC in Building Services or Construction Management. Strong knowledge of building services installations, health and safety regulations, and commissioning processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage teams, budgets, and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project or Asta Power Project is desirable. Relevant certifications (CSCS Card, Electrical Supervisors qualifications, Health & Safety). What's on Offer Our people are our greatest asset.
