Our Graduate Construction Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring site managers, project managers and construction directors, or anyone with a natural interest in project management, construction technology and quality. The programme is an 18‑month rotation across key business areas, designed to develop a well‑rounded construction professional. The final rotation includes transition talks with the opportunity to join the Build team. Location: You will be based at our Stirchley site (subject to change). The role involves some travel and requires a valid driver’s licence. Responsibilities Follow the Construction Pathway, completing all rotations and meeting targets set by each supervisor. Take all learning opportunities presented by the programme, seeking ways to further develop and challenge yourself. Integrate into each team, supporting them to achieve their goals and forming meaningful professional relationships. Absorb knowledge and advice from senior team members, asking questions and probing for deeper understanding. Contribute proactively to key business initiatives, projects and launches, offering ideas and suggestions where opportunities arise. Act as an active member of the Vistry Graduate community – support peers, attend and occasionally host quarterly graduate meetings, masterclasses and other development events. Represent Vistry Future Talent at career events, fairs and other engagement opportunities. Serve as a buddy to new graduates, ensuring they are positively supported through their learning journey. Commit to completing further study, qualifications and accreditations as appropriate. Engage positively with leaders and support systems, meeting regularly to discuss progress and development.
