This is a pivotal role where you’ll be instrumental in leading a team of Talent Advisors/Junior Talent Advisors to attract and secure top‑tier talent across our UK & EU Retail business functions.As a true brand ambassador, you’ll play a key role in helping shape our retail recruitment strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the magic of Charlotte Tilbury. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business needs, build robust talent pipelines, and source future ready talent to support our continued growth.
