We are currently working in partnership with a Public Sector organisation who are looking to appoint a 2 HR Business Partners on an initial 3-month temporary contract. This will be a temporary position based in Liverpool, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working)and a day rate of up to £300 per day via an Umbrella company dependant on experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR professional who can lead people initiatives, support organisational change, advise senior leaders, foster a positive culture, and must hold or be working towards CIPD Level 7.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Act as liaison between Directors, management teams, and People & Organisational Culture, coordinating corporate support to meet prioritiesLead workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiativesManage organisational changes, including restructurings, consultations, and redundancy/redeployment processesAdvise senior leaders on transformation, organisation design, and complex employment mattersSupport leaders in fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace cultureSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Strategic HR, workforce planning, and talent managementOrganisational change, transformation, and employee relationsLeadership development, performance management, and engagementStakeholder management and fostering an inclusive, high-performing cultureCIPD Level 5 and working towards Level 7Rewards and Benefits:Hybrid working (2-3 days from home) Working hours:35 hours per week James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
