I am excited to bring to the market a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Assistant to join a supportive team, supporting HR on a global scale. This role will be full time (37.5 hours per week) based in Liverpool, working on a hybrid basis (1 or 2 days in the office).

As a HR ASsistant, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the HR clients in Human Resources related issues; including training, employment law compliance, training and development, new hire orientation, employee relations, and performance management.

The HR Assistant will focus on
- Assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and policy implementation.
- Provides assistance to the HR Business partner, management and employees with employee relations matters and assist in investigation resolution.
- Maintain and update company policy and procedures and conduct exit interviews.
