What We're Looking ForProven experience working with children, ideally in an SEN-focused role.A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN to achieve their full potential.Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and adaptable approach.A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential with sufficient classroom experience.Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of schools and pupils.An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
