About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs, ensuring they thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. A genuine passion for supporting pupils with SEN to achieve their full potential. Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and adaptable approach. A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not essential with sufficient classroom experience. Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of schools and pupils.
