Salary: £12.21 PH, Commission, Bonus & OvertimeShifts: Rotating day, evening, and night shiftsReports to: Sales Team LeaderPLEASE NOTE - (Face to Face sales experience is essential) Role PurposeAs a Customer Sales Agent, you are the face of Flibco for our passengers in London and Stansted. Your role is to welcome customers, promote and sell coach tickets, provide travel information, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and friendly experience from first contact to boarding.You play a key role in driving sales, supporting our operations, and maintaining Flibco’s reputation for excellent service.Main ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & SalesProactively approach and engage with passengers to promote Flibco coach services.Confidently explain routes, prices, and travel information.Sell tickets using the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card payments accurately.Meet and aim to exceed daily and weekly sales targets.Handle and record cashCustomer ServiceProvide clear and friendly information about coach timings, stops, and travel connections.Support customers with ticket queries or issues.Ensure a professional, approachable, and positive presence at all times.Operational SupportCommunicate with the operations team to report on coach arrivals and departures.Record sales and transactions accurately.Report any operational issues or incidents promptly to your team leader.Maintain a tidy and well-presented sales area.Teamwork & InitiativeCollaborate with other sales and operations team members to ensure smooth service delivery.Work independently and take initiative to identify and act on sales opportunities.Contribute ideas for improving sales techniques and customer experience.Key Skills and AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, proactive, and motivated by achieving sales targets.Reliable, punctual, and professional.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible and willing to work various shifts including nights.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
