Customer Service Agent
Aviation Recruitment Network Limited is a supplier of airport recruitment solutions to companies operating in and out of UK airports.
We are looking to build our database of experienced personnel and we are actively looking for experienced Customer Service Agents at London Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW) for temporary ongoing work.
Pay rates are between £11.05 p/h - £22.05 p/h (depending on the client and shift pattern).
Applicants must be able to work a variety of shifts between 0500 hrs and 2330 hrs including weekends.
Our Customer Service Agents perform a variety of duties which will include:

- Face-to-face customer service.
- Passenger mobility.
- Meet and greet services.
- Que management.
- Check-in duties.
- Retail sales.
- Assisting passengers through security.

Customer Service Agents will receive:

- 20 hrs - 40 hrs per week plus overtime.
- Part-time opportunities (flexibility required).
- Training and development.
- Weekly or monthly pay.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

- Have experience working in a customer facing environment.
- Be flexible and work in all roles.
- Be prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
- Be capable of standing for long periods and on occasion working outdoors.
- 5-year checkable history.
