Shape product data function across member growth, engagement, partnerships, and international expansion. Report to Director of Data, potential dotted line to CPO. Strategic role working with Product and Commercial teams, owning problem spaces end-to-end.WHAT YOU'LL DOUse quantitative analysis and data storytelling to inform product strategyDesign and measure experiments, define key metrics with stakeholdersBuild self-serve dashboards and maintain Insights HubLead and mentor 3 analysts (2 Senior Product Analysts, 1 Insight Analyst)Work closely with Product, Commercial, and stakeholdersDeliver clear recommendations driving business improvementsFocus: member growth, engagement, partnerships, international expansionWHAT YOU'LL BRINGEssential:Product analytics background in consumer tech/product businessesExcellent stakeholder engagement with non-technical teamsData storytelling and ability to influence strategyManagement or mentoring experienceSQL (must-have), dbt, Python, GitBI tools (Lightdash, Looker or similar)Product analytics platforms, A/B testing experiencePragmatic problem-solver delivering outcomesTake ownership from day oneDesirable:ML/exploratory modelling exposureExperience building data functionsMembership/subscription business backgroundInternational expansion analyticsAd tech/retail media knowledgeTECH STACKSQL, dbt, Python, Lightdash/Looker, Git, Google Analytics, product analytics platformsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATEProduct-minded analyst comfortable with senior leadership. Generalist with broad consumer tech experience. Excited about greenfield opportunity to build and shape data function.
