We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a history of collaborating across the business and a customer-first focus to join our global team of talent.What you'll do:Work each day with clients and client-facing teams to understand the key problems that TalentNeuron's products can solve.Be a key part of an integrated Product Delivery team to perform fast discovery and validation of solutions to customer problems.Identify and track the key measures of success for outcomes produced to ensure that solutions meet the needs of clients and be continuously improved.Develop, with your Product Delivery partners, a 1 – 2-year strategy and roadmap for your value stream derived from the company vision, company strategy and customer problems.Identify the proper launch path for solutions, working with Marketing and Product Enablement to ensure that clients and internal client-facing teams understand the value proposition and product-market fit of what you produce.Understand the competitive landscape of your value stream.Identify solutions for pricing and packaging.Work with a Business Analyst or Product Owner to develop and maintain a prioritized backlog for engineers to work through oCollaborate with other Product Managers to share your strategy and ensure alignment across value streams.What you'll need:2- 5 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS or DaaS environment.An open and collaborative approach to Product Management where you are a part of an empowered team.Accountability to the success of your value streamAbility to communicate effectively with Executive stakeholders, C-Level clients and your partners inside the business.Understanding of strong product-led company practices including problem and solution discovery, validation and measurement.Insatiable curiosity about our clients, their business and how we solve problems.Experience working with Strategic Workforce Planning solutions, or experience particpating in the Workforce Planning process as an HR practitioner desired.Preferred :Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies.Familiarity with AI-driven tools, platforms, and frameworks.AI systems, for instance, can analyze historical data to forecast the team's velocity, spot future bottlenecks, and suggest enhancements.If you're a Product Manager ready to take on a challenging yet rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
