We're seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive brand activations and partnership sales for Big Feastival, a leading family, food, drink, and music festival attracting over 70,000 visitors each August Bank Holiday weekend on Alex James' Farm in The Cotswolds. The role will also support sales across Taste of London and Hampton Court Palace Festival.Permanent Role West London based | 3 Days a week in office £30,000 to £35,500The RoleHandle Recruitment is partnering with our client's Arts & Entertainment division, which delivers world-class live experiences celebrating culture, creativity, and community. The division produces some of the UK's most iconic festivals and events - including Big Feastival, Taste of London, Hampton Court Palace Festival, Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, and Glide at Battersea Power Station.You'll be responsible for maximising revenue and achieving sales targets through stand sales, sponsorships, and brand partnerships. The ideal candidate is commercially driven, proactive, and passionate about live events.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and exceed sales targets for assigned eventsSource and convert new business through proactive outreachBuild and maintain strong client relationships and CRM recordsCreate and pitch compelling brand activation opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams on strategy and event planningManage rebookings, renewals, and client communicationsSupport event delivery with on-site presence and client liaisonAbout YouMinimum 3 years' sales experience, ideally in events or hospitalityProven track record in telesales and new business developmentExcellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skillsCommercially astute, customer-focused, and resilient under pressureConfident working independently and as part of a collaborative teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAdditional InformationSome weekend work and travel required across the Arts & Entertainment portfolio (e.g. The Big Feastival)Occasional travel for client meetings outside event periodsApply today to proceed your application to the next stage Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
