TLP's vision and mission is to empower people to improve their lives within our communities and in the years ahead, to realise our growth potential.The RoleReporting to the Chief Executive the Development Director will align their passion with our mission and values to drive our team to achieve all performance and quality targets whilst ensuring the delivery service meets the needs of the participating individuals. You will inspire others through your leadership skills and capability to enhance team and participant positive outcomes.Key Competencies Business Development Procurement Experience Leadership Passionate & Motivated EnterprisingWhat's In It For You... A rewarding career that makes a genuine difference to people's lives. Salary - £56,000 per annum TLP Discretionary Bonus Scheme Hours and days of Work: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday. Holidays: 36 days' holiday, inclusive of Public Holidays. Induction and Training programme. Pension Scheme – with a TLP contribution. Life Cover of 4x annual salary. Discretionary Occupational Sickness Scheme.
