This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the CFO, where you'll lead on statutory reporting, tax compliance, and financial control across our UK and international operations.What You'll Be DoingFinancial ReportingLead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (UK GAAP)Manage group consolidation and month-end closeOversee internal controls and accounting policy complianceCoordinate year-end processes and external auditsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planningTax ManagementManage corporate tax compliance and submissionsOversee VAT, PAYE, and indirect tax reportingAdvise on tax planning and risk mitigationLiaise with HMRC and external tax advisorsMonitor legislative changes and assess impactLeadership & Process ImprovementLead and develop a small finance team across the UK and IndiaDrive automation and process improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial operationsWhat We're Looking ForFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)5+ years' post-qualification experience in financial reporting and taxStrong knowledge of UK GAAP and UK tax complianceExperience with auditors, HMRC, and external advisorsAdvanced Excel and financial systems proficiencyA proactive, hands-on leader with strong communication skillsWhat You'll Get25 days annual leave + public holidaysPrivate Medical InsuranceEnhanced Maternity & Paternity PayTechscheme, Cyclescheme & Discount CardDiscounted Gym Membership & Wellness SupportEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension SchemeReady to Make an Impact?Join a company where your expertise will shape financial strategy and support global operations.
