The company is expanding its financial capabilities and is subsequently seeking a Group Cash Manager to join them.
The Group Cash Manager’s purpose is to establish and embed a Group wide cash management policy, ensuring monthly reconciliations are completed and instil financial discipline at all levels within the organisation, safeguarding the Group's assets. The role will be accountable for all Group cashflow forecasting activities, working closely with the FP&A team to support the short-term and long-term forecasting requirements for the business. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and leadership capabilities, with a data-driven mindset/approach. As a Group Cash Manager, your role will include, but not be limited to:

Implement a cash management policy, including approval limits and ensure adherence across the group
Lead on implementing robust banking controls, to include BACS, banking mandates and banking approvals in accordance with the cash management policy
Accountable for the Accounts Receivable function, including balance sheet reconciliations of all bank account reconciliations for management accounts purposes
Work closely with the FP&A team to facilitate a deep understanding of actuals versus budget/forecast, assisting with analysis and variance analysis where required
Management and development of a small team, including coaching, mentoring and delegating where relevant
