The business will fund your CeMAP qualifications and give you the platform to grow. With self-generated work at the heart of the model, youll build strong partnerships with brokers and accountants, becoming the go-to expert they turn to.Whats in it for youA genuinely supportive package, including benefits shown across the employee benefits overview, such as:20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave, charity leave, Christmas shutdown leave, enhanced maternity/paternity pay and pension access from day one.Additional leave at years 1, 2, 3 and 4, reaching 24 days plus bank holidays.Special event leave (up to 5 days) after one year.Access to private health insurance and an EV salary sacrifice scheme after two years.Option to buy additional holidays after three years.Full funding provided for CeMAP qualifications if youre not yet qualified.A commission structure on top of the £25k£35k base salary.What youll be getting stuck into as a Specialist Mortgage AdvisorGenerating your own flow of cases through strong, trusted relationships with brokers and accountants.Speaking directly with clients to understand needs and shape the right capital-raising solutions.Packaging and underwriting cases, assessing affordability and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation.Managing each case from initial conversation through to completion as the single point of contact.Staying up to date with lender criteria and market changes to ensure the strongest client outcomes.Keeping on top of compliance requirements, CPD expectations and relevant training.What youll bring to the table as a Specialist Mortgage AdvisorPrevious experience within financial or mortgage-related environments.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence delivering advice.The ability to build effective working relationships with brokers, clients and external stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills and the capability to prioritise a varied workload.Sound decision-making and attention to detail when assessing and placing cases.Working hours: 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 9am5pm, Friday 9am4pm.If youre ready to shape your future as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor, apply today and take your next step.Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency.
