This role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with special educational needs, including SEMH, ASC, and behavioural needs, across KS3 and KS4. It's an ideal role for someone confident, patient, and experienced in supporting pupils who require additional help to access their education.Your Role: * Deliver effective 1:1 and small-group support for SEND pupils * Assist students in accessing lessons using personalised strategies * Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence * Work closely with teachers and the pastoral team to deliver interventions * Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and classroom routinesWe're Looking For: * Experience as a teaching assistant, teacher assistant, or SEN teaching assistant * Confidence supporting KS3/KS4 pupils with behavioural or learning needs * Calm, patient, and adaptable approach * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Genuine passion for inclusive education and pupil developmentAbout the School: This Rubery secondary school is well-known for its strong pastoral support and inclusive approach.
