Teaching Personnel work alongside several schools within the Solihull Borough, and are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants. This role will include working alongisde the class teacher to provide a welcoming and energetic classroom experience forall children.
- work effectively as part of a team within the classroom, ensuring the children are looked after and learning from the content delivered
- experience supporting children, especially those with specific learning difficulties
- understand the social, emotional, and academic needs of children
- commitment to the building and maintaining positive relationships
- a warm and friendly positive approach in the classroom
- be caring, patient and understanding
- TA roles sometimes include 1:1 work, this is where you will work closely with one specific student to ensure their progress

This role may suit someone from a _health and social care background_ as well as those _with experience of challenging behaviour settings, psychology graduates, 1:1 support, sports coaches and mentoring or care backgrounds._

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
