With precision, care and Nobu's signature attention to detail, you'll ensure every room is spotless, every request is met promptly and every guest feels truly at home.You willClean and prepare allocated rooms to the highest standards in a timely mannerCheck your own rooms thoroughly before sign-off by the Floor HousekeeperPerform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishingRecord and communicate guest preferences to enhance personalised serviceRespond quickly and efficiently to guest requestsReport maintenance issues promptly using correct proceduresMaintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with careSupport and train new team members, fostering a collaborative environmentAttend team briefings and contribute ideas for service improvementDemonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest careEnsure compliance with safety procedures and statutory standardsAct as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and KokoroPerform any other duties as requiredWhat We're Looking ForYou bring experience in housekeeping within a luxury hospitality environment.
