Job DescriptionCompliance AdministratorHemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid/Smart Working)Salary £15,037.86Permanent, Part Time18.5 hours per week (Flexibility Negotiable)Thrive Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure our asset management records are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant. You will support the maintenance of key information within our asset management software system, particularly relating to building safety, health & safety, and statutory compliance.This is a part-time position (18.5 hours per week) with hybrid working, requiring 1–2 days per week in the office. Core working days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, but there is flexibility to spread your hours across four or five days per week if preferred.Your work will play an important part in helping us meet our regulatory obligations and deliver safe, well-managed homes for our customers.Other Responsibilities:Use customer feedback to be proactive in evaluating, recording, and making changes to prevent complaints in the future in conjunction with the Customer team.Where necessary support the planning function to allow for an efficient service delivery to meet agreed targets and supporting overall contact centre activity for compliance including fire risk assessment actions.Liaise with customers to make mutually agreeable appointments ensuring good records are kept on relevant systems.Carry out all administrative functions to ensure Thrive meet their statutory, regulatory, and best practice obligations in terms of colleague & customer safety, ensuring comprehensive records are kept at all times.Requirements:Experience within a similar administrative role.Demonstrable organisational and administration skills to ensure Thrive is compliant with legislation regulation and best practice.Strong organisational skillsGood communications skillsBenefits:Thrive’s Top 10Annual Leave - 25 days per year increasing by length of service (up to 30 days).Buy or sell annual leaveGenerous family friendly provisionPension - Thrive Homes will pay double your contribution (up to 10%).Discretionary BonusLife assurance - a payment of 3x your salaryHealth Cash Plan - facility to claim cashback for dental, optical and physiotherapy costs, alongside wellness services.Virtual GP Service (available 24/7)Wellbeing reward scheme (earn vouchers through a health app)A range of engagement activities aimed at building team morale, supporting both physical and mental health, and celebrating all things that make us differentSpecific roles within Thrive are subject to a basic DBS check, the successful applicant(s) will be contacted by our People Team if this applies to their role.Closing date: 22nd December 2025Interviews to be confirmedWe reserve the right to close this recruitment if it is deemed that we have received a suitable number of applications.
