About the RoleSpiro is looking for a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of a busy calendar of international events. You'll work closely with the Logistics Project Manager and wider team, helping to manage venue details, catering plans, delegate logistics and general event flow. This is a great role for someone with solid event operations experience who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility over time.What You'll DoSupport the Logistics Project Manager in planning tier 2 and tier 3 events (typically 20–150 attendees) across the UK, Poland, Germany, the Middle East and Kuwait.Assist with venue research, proposals, contracting and logistics documentation.Help coordinate catering requirements, room layouts, breakout needs and AV basics.Track client agendas, updates and changes, ensuring they feed into the overall event plan.Manage delegate lists, registration requirements and the smooth movement of attendees.Liaise with suppliers and local teams; build regional contacts where possible.Support on-site delivery for selected events (with some travel expected, depending on volume).Work directly with the client account team, providing clear communication and helping navigate fast-paced or last-minute requests.Collaborate closely with other Spiro teamsMaintain accurate documentation, timelines, trackers and status reports.About YouCvent specialist with extensive experience of building websites on the platform, registration systems and data management.Ideally qualified in CVENTExperience in event operations, logistics, or a coordinator-level events role.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams; patient and adaptable under pressure.Eager to learn from the Project Manager and grow into a more senior logistics role.Confident researching venues, suppliers and logistics solutions.Good problem-solver who can juggle multiple tasks and stay calm during busy periods.Languages are a bonus but not essential.Other DetailsSome international travel may be requiredQuarterly team meetingsGood in-road into Project Management or Account Management roles
